Once delivered, you're responsible for providing a secure location for your package. We can't be held responsible for packages stolen after they've been delivered.
We recommend having your order delivered to a secure location or arranging for someone to be available to receive it.

RETURN POLICY
At Honey Dazed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
Swimsuits: We do not accept returns on swimsuits due to hygienic reasons. We encourage you to carefully review the sizing and product details before making your purchase.
Face Masks: We cannot accept returns on face masks for health and safety reasons.
Socks: Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on socks.
Custom Products and Custom Framed Art: We do not offer returns on custom products or custom framed art. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping your own returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund minus a 15% return restocking fee. Please allow [number of days] for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
